Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Bullhorn Marketing (“we”) is a Canadian marketing agency. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect through bullhorn.marketing, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by Law 25, and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Who is responsible
You can reach us at contact@bullhorn.marketing for any question, request or complaint about your personal information.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- your company name and ticker, and your company website;
- your name and title, and your work email address;
- anything you write in the message box;
- your consent to be contacted, with the date and time;
- technical details sent by your browser with the form: the country your connection comes from and your browser type. Cloudflare also processes your IP address to deliver the site and to check for spam.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
We don’t ask for sensitive information. Please don’t send any, and don’t send material non-public information about your company through the form.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare the proposal you asked for.
- To keep a record of our business conversations with you.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for any other purpose without asking you first.
Consent and email (CASL)
By ticking the consent box, you agree that we may email you about your inquiry. We will only send other marketing emails if you agree to them separately. Every email from us says who we are and how to reach us, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or writing to contact@bullhorn.marketing. We act on withdrawals within 10 business days.
Who processes it for us
We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host this website, run the contact form, store form submissions, deliver the notification email to us, and filter spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare may process this information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We require our service providers to protect personal information and to use it only to provide their service to us. Our own email provider receives the notification email.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across websites and doesn’t build a profile of you. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case our client agreement sets how long records are kept. Submissions stored by the form expire automatically after about 24 months.
How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems that only our team can reach. If a privacy incident creates a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the regulators as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent. In Quebec you can also ask how your information is used and ask us to stop disseminating it. Write to contact@bullhorn.marketing; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
